Structured, progressive quiltmaking classes
A selection of classes is available for people of all ages and sewing abilities.
The key to successful quiltmaking is to begin with sound foundation skills... or take a refresher to sharpen existing skills and increase your confidence.
The beginner's class will progressively equip you with new techniques each week so you complete your quilt in just four sessions... graduating as a 'quiltmaker'.
Once you have a framework of basic techniques, you can reinforce and expand on these in more advanced classes.
Having completed a Quilting Matters' course, on-going support is available to help you maintain and develop your skills. Simply phone for assistance, or come to a 'Finish It' evening.
Quilting Matters provides a friendly atmosphere for local quilting groups to learn something new together. Choose a group, choose a class and choose a date... daytime or evening. Trish will help you design a special class to suit your group.
